I can see the agenda, but I cannot modify the agenda. Also, I am not allowed to create a new agenda in the LHCb category. I see that the Managers for the LHCb category are only you and Marcel. I think it would be very useful to add the whole bfys group as managers. At CERN it is possible to give access to a group of people. See for instance the LHCb indico page at CERN:
