Title: Developments in Exclusive b->s l+l- Decays

Abstract:
I will review recent developments in theory predictions for, measurements of and constraints on new physics from exclusive b -> s l+l- decays. Special attention will be applied to the largest sources of uncertainties: hadronic form factors, and impact of broad charmonium resonances on the decay spectra.
