Our group is nominated to review a draft of a very interesting measurement on the first measurement establishing D0 - D0bar oscillations. This paper is on an accelerated schedule and I therefor ask you to send any comments you might have on this paper to me before Tuesday 23 October. I will collect the comments and submit them as Nikhef comments to the EDS. Please see below for the details of the paper.
