Apologies for the problems this morning. I did not check the vidyo in advance.

With the new Vidyo version its link: Vidyo link in Nikhef Bfys Meeting (at Institutes->Nikhef of Friday 21 June 2013) https://indico.cern.ch/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=255991 protected by PIN 1328. did not have a link anymore to vidyo (with More info and Join Now).

A new meeting was set up that crashed rather quickly, but now it seems to be stable.

A way to connect the Polycom to this Nikhef Bfys Meeting is: 1. Select CERN or type Vidyogw.cern.ch 2. Place a call by pressing the telephone button 3. Type room extension (first # to activate the number key) followed by # 93038631 # 4. Type room pin followed by # 1328 # 5. You are in now as participant video2 (in H331) 6. Activate the microphone if on mute (red light on microphone) 7. Check speaker volume on Polycom and on TV screen
