Dear Bfys friends,
I’m supposed to give a talk via vidyo on Wednesday afternoon next week. The topic of the session may actually be interesting for some of you. I wonder whether there is a room at Nikhef where I could simply connect to the meeting and give the talk. Help for a theorist to deal with vidyo would be greatly appreciated :-)
Many thanks in advance & best regards,
Robert

Dear Susanne, Alexey and Robert,
I'm about to advertise the meeting of next week and wanted to check with you whether there is any set-back with your contribution at this meeting. I've prepared an agenda:
https://indico.cern.ch/event/380986/
in which your talks are set in no particular order. Please tell me whether you'd need a different arrangement.
For those of you who are not familiar with vidyo, we can make a try well in advance. Please tell me and I'll arrange the test. This can be this week if you wish.
Warm thanks in advance for your contribution.
Best, Stephane and Jernej.

Hi Robert,
It is actually quite easy to install the Vidyo software on your laptop. Alternatively, you can use the installation in N328. In both cases I can show you how it works.
Cheers Jeroen
