It seems that they included a fair share of our comments. Not bad.

Just two points that you may want to iterate: - About putting a color version in the paper. This is not about paying for colour figures or not. It is that most people will look at the online version anyway. So providing a colour versions, which also prints well in B/W, is nicer.

- About L103, I still find it confusing (possibly wrong) that they say that all parameters are taken from data, while the resolution is clearly not taken from data (from simulation).
