Dear all,

I have collected the comments proposed during the Bfys Meeting last Friday in the pdf and tex attachments. A large part from my side consisted of rewriting section 3.0. I like to do so, but I do not want to insult the authors.

Please, have a look and correct me, before I send it in on Wednesday.
