I am still fighting a bit with: - the effective honest number to quote for the gain of the Upgrade with respect to continuing the old way, - I don't like slide #11 with the performance of the present VELO under Upgrade conditions, - I don't like the x-axes of the plots on slide #18, but there probably isn't an alternative.

If you have suggestions/ideas/comments don't hesitate to communicate them to me.
