Dear all
Most of the packages which constitute gLite 3.2, end security support on 30th April 2012, as can be seen from http://glite.cern.ch/R3.2/ Similarly most packages which constitute gLite 3.1 have already ended security support, and the remaining ones end security support on 30th April 2012, as can be seen from http://glite.cern.ch/R3.1/
The EGI Software Vulnerability Group sets the Target Date for 'Moderate' risk issues as 4 months from the time of assessment. For this reason, from now on, for packages which end security support on 30th April 2012, new security issues will only be updated in gLite 3.2 and gLite 3.1 if they are assessed as 'High' or 'Critical' risk.
Sites which have not already done so, are strongly encouraged to migrate to software that is part of the EGI UMD_1 release at http://repository.egi.eu/category/umd_releases/distribution/umd_1/
For information on the EGI software repository please see: http://repository.egi.eu/ Get in contact with your NGI/EIRO if support during the migration is needed. Please report problems experience in migrating via GGUS (http://helpdesk.egi.eu/).
Best wishes. EGI Operations in collaboration with the Software Vulnerability Group
