Dear VO Manager

I am very happy to announce the first Call for Lightning talks to be held at the EGI Community Forum 2014 in Helsinki (http://cf2014.egi.eu/).

Purpose of the Call is to give high prominence to the scientists, giving them an opportunity to showcase the best research results demonstrating how these were supported by the resources and services of EGI.

The four winners will be able to showcase their research results at the opening plenary of the event to the whole EGI Community gathered in Helsinki. The selected speakers will be offered: - A full-week registration for the Community Forum (including a ticket for the conference dinner) - Return flights to Helsinki - Accommodation during the Community Forum
