Dear all

I would like to inform you that the EGI Helpdesk - hosted by the KIT - has been experiencing connectivity issues since this morning and at 16:00 CET of 17-12-2012 it is still unreachable. The network issues are affecting a broad range of services at the host site KIT, and are being investigated. No service restore time can be estimated at the moment.

We will keep you informed about the progress of this issue.
