Today, April 6th 2014, from 09:40 UTC till 10:45 UTC we had very unstable networking due to the problems on client edge routers. Now they are resolved and we took measures for them to not happen again.

This incident resulted in troubles with connections both to our computing resources and RDIG CA (including CRL endpoint). I apologize for the caused inconvinience and hope that our improved operations w.r.t. network handling will ban such problems from existence.
