The Operations Portal 3.0.3 is now online.

The main changes are :

- the disciplines metrics available with a treemap and a chart http://operations-portal.egi.eu/vo/usersSummary

- the GGUS ticket handling : a ticket closed in GGUS should be verified in the dashboard before disapearing - some improvements into the tickets

- the VO list is fully searchable http://operations-portal.in2p3.fr/vo/search
