The APEL and GOCDB systems experienced unscheduled intermittent downtime between 21:30 UTC on Monday, 22nd July and 07:50 UTC on Tuesday, 23rd July.

This caused a break in connectivity to the APEL & GOCDB services. Some APEL clients will have been affected by this and will see a delay of approximately one day in the processing of their records but sites running the APEL client do not need to take any action.

Network connectivity has now been restored.
