Dear All,

We are currently experiencing problems with the APEL Consumer database, due to an extremely high volume of records. The APEL systems are, therefore, currently unavailable.

Sites running the APEL client do not need to take any action, however, their logs may show the daily update has failed.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
