A problem with the APEL accounting service has been observed and diagnosed.

The result of this is that there has been no new data published to the Accounting Portal since last week and the Sync and Pub tests are producing warnings.

No data have been lost, they have all been received safely by APEL but the summariser has been failing for a few days. The summariser output is used by the sync and pub tests.

The summariser is now running but will take many hours to run. It is expected that the issue will be resolved by tomorrow morning.

A further broadcast will be issued on resolution.
