hi all, my Action item from the 'grid overleg' minutes: http://www.nikhef.nl/pub/projects/grid/gridwiki/index.php/VO-specific_softw… this wiki tries to explain how a VO software manager can install his or her own software and how {s}he can add a module for it so that module load mypackage automagically works in grid jobs. Dennis and I are currently considering something like this for a future BiG Grid distribution deployment, i.e. not a set of painfully built RPMs but a more flexible system using a third-party package manager (e.g. PaCMan from the HEP experiments). Add in the 'modules' system and the user will never know that anything has changed ;-) share and enjoy, JJK

Hi all, For those of you who have not clicked "Yes" already: the first time you login in a month you'll be asked to "Delete old linked attachments" older than 6 months. Don't click Yes here, since it will wipe a big part of your recently- migrated mailbox :-) I've asked Vladimir to disable this task by default...
