Subject: FW: Call for Sessions at EGEE09
All,
Please submit session proposals for EGEE09 by the end of the week. That will allow us to start organising a schedule that we can publicise before the close of the early bird registration at the end of June.
Please disseminate this through your own activities and other contacts within other e-infrastructure projects.
Many thanks,
Steven

*** PLEASE FORWARD - Apologies for multiple copies ***
Dear Colleagues,
EGEE09 (http://egee09.eu-egee.org/) which will be held in Barcelona, Spain (21-25th September 2009) and will mark the beginning of the end of the EGEE series of projects and the start of the transition to EGI. We are opening up participation to the large diverse e- infrastructures community in Europe around the conference theme - 'Uniting our strengths to realise the sustainable European grid'.
This includes the communities using the various e-infrastructures, the operations groups running the e-infrastructures and the software developers building the e-infrastructures, and the projects that are collaborating with the European e-infrastructures around the world.
Further details on how to submit a session for EGEE09 are provided here
"Submit a new abstract link".
The EGEE09 Programme Committee will review the proposals in early June 2009 and publish a preliminary schedule shortly afterwards. A call for demos and posters will be made in June. Organisations wishing to book an exhibition space, which can also be used for your own dedicated demonstrations and other activities, should contact Gloria Casanova (casanova@mondial-congress.com) or Kristina Gunne (Kristina.Gunne@cern.ch) for details.
Thank you for your interest in EGEE09. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Regards,
Steven
