The posters are very nice!
I've taken the cylinder and will start to stick them in all PH Buildings.
Best regards,
Claire

I took one poster from the cylinder, and put it in our building 166.

Cheers,
Antti

Dear Claire,

I took the posters to CERN. I'm not around tomorrow but if you like to have them tomorrow already you can grab them from my mail box which is B20-1-030. They are all in a cylinder.

Best regards, Bart

Good afternoon,

I'm on holidays this week and i'll be back on Monday 16th of February.
25 posters is correct for CERN and I 'll take care of the distribution.
Have a nice week-end,
Claire

Hi,

We discussed about having somebody from Berkeley National Lab in the organising team. Has not happened, probably because nobody asked them? Anyways, Eric Anderssen is a mechanical engineer there and is working on tracker projects. I will contact him to ask if he could distribute 5 posters in their area.

Some posters could be sent to Fermilab, where we have contacts.

Indeed, having 160 posters printed sounds good. Are these printed here at CERN, or in Nikhef? If printed here, is there already a budget code for this print job?

How are A3 size posters sent over mail? Folded to A4 size to fit inside a standard (big) envelope?

Cheers,
Antti

Hi,

I propose we send every participant of last year a poster, so they can display it in their institute.  On top we send the following extra:

- participants: 82 (of which 15 CERN, 9 Desy, 5  LNBL, 4 Oxford)
- CERN (Claire) 25
- Nikhef 10
- Desy 10 (Andreas)
- LNBL 5 (who?, I thought we had invited an LNBL collegue in the team?)
- Oxford 5 (Georg)
- UNIGE 3 (Sebastien)

This makes 140 posters on this list so lets print 160.

Cheers, Bart

Hi Bart, Claire,

In 2013 Claire had printed 25 copies of the Forum poster in size A3, and distributed those around CERN.

Claire, is 25 poster copies in A3 size the suitable number for this year, too?
Bart takes care of the printing, could you please take care of their distribution here at CERN?

Cheers,
Antti

Hi,

This is a low resolution draft.  The real print format will be different and adopted to professional print standards.

I will launch the printing. How many copies do you want at CERN?

Bart

Hi Bart,

The poster looks really good on screen, but when printing it on A4 with our colour laser printer (fairly recent HP in our printer room) the colours turned out darker and the smaller size blue texts almost unreadable. So, when printing the copies please make sure the print result is correct. We need to have printed posters down to A4 size. In bigger sizes the readability problem may be less.

Cheers,
Antti
