I agree with the comments made on Carolina’s name and email larger and on possibly adding the local organisation committee if this fits properly.

Dear colleagues,

Attached the proposal for the forum poster. Our  colleague Carolina Deluca who is starting up an art-business has made this poster for us.   In the upper right corner there is a logo proposal made by Marco Kraan. Please have a look and send me your comments, both about the poster and about the logo as the logo is meant as well for future forums.

My comments to the poster:
1. The secretary mentioned must be the local at Nikhef, or shall we mention both?
2. Carolina's name and email address on the bottom may be larger, I hope more beautiful posters like this will be made for future conferences, so some better advertisement is fine with me.

The idea is to send posters to all participants of last year so they can display it in their institute, large institutes we will send more copies. Andreas can you send the participant list of last year including addresses?
