The final announcement looks good. A few points:
* Barbara mentioned that it would be a good idea to include the location of where people will get/return the bike and if a lock is provided. I agree, we should add this information. * A list of restaurants can be found with ranking on https://www.thefork.com/restaurant+utrecht * We can mention that there will be a forum during the conference for people with a cern account. * The wiki travel sites http://wikitravel.org/en/Netherlands and http://wikitravel.org/en/Utrecht also give a lot of interesting tourist information.
