ok I will send them this link and, at the same time, I will send everyone the final list of the 41 supported persons.
I fully understand the risk that someone not intended to be supported can register with the reduced fee and we will have to check for it. If this goes in the website I think is a good idea, as you suggest, that it is password protected.
At present I do not receive any notification of the persons that register and pay the fee (and I am happy of it :)). However, if there is a way to send me in automatic a mail when a person register asking for the reduced fee I can surely help
and check myself that the names are the right one.

it is probable but it would be good to have some time estimate. We asked the students supported to pay within the 30th of April.
If we know that it will not work for another couple of weeks we can think to send a second mail to make clear they do not have to worry

How do we proceed?
