thank you for a very nice program book.
There have been some last moment changes to the poster list. There is one poster retracted (from Serpil Yalcin) and one will be added - I'm still waiting for its title.
Also, at page 27, the last two poster contributions are merged into one bullet.
Is this still fine for the update of the book for this ?  When should it be finalized ?

The program books looks very nice! I have a few comments:


- The letter S in the logo is not in the right font. This make the logo look strange. It is best to create an outline of the letters or include the font in the pdf, this way the printing also works if the printer doesn't has the font.

- The photo used for the cover looks a bit grainy, I think we have a better quality picture than this. But perhaps low quality images were used for this draft?

- Perhaps it is good to show the train station on the map, this adds an important reference point and makes the map easier to understand.

- There is text hidden behind the red layer on the last page. The logo also has the same problem with the letter S on this page and the second last page.

  • Add information about the Young Scientist prize (new page between page 7 and 8, or after the poster list)

The European Physical Journal A (Springer) is sponsoring four young scientist awards of 300 Euro each. The awards are given for the best presentations and posters on theoretical and experimental topics. The prizes are for young scientists in the early phase of their career (up to the second post-doc position).
Each presentation and poster will be evaluated for the excellence of the work done, the innovation in the methods and the didactic quality of the presentation or poster by a committee consisting of IAC members.

  • Add information about the Summer school (where and which text?)
