Dear All,

reminder: please indicate your preference for the next LOC meeting at http://doodle.com/poll/ycbg6733fy4tsn7s.

Moreover, we should start discussing the structure of the programme. Enclosed I send you the template of the tentative schedule. Besides reports from the experiments and the summary talks here a list of possible session topics:

Strangeness production at low baryon densities
Strangeness production at high baryon densities
Heavy-flavour production (incl. Quarkonia production in relation to hf cross section measurements (from open hf))
Hydrodynamics
Freeze-out (incl. chiral effects), hadronisation and statical models
Hadron resonances
QCD phase diagram (BES)
Small systems (pA)
Strangeness in astrophysics
Upgrades and new experiments

What I have in mind is to focus in the sessions more on the topic and have presentations from “different perspectives”, e.g.
"Strangeness production at high baryon densities":
- Theory talk introducing the topic
- Experiment talk presenting current results
- Future perspectives/upgrades

rather than getting several reports with limited links/relation.

Please comment.

Best, Andre
