* Barbara mentioned that it would be a good idea to include the location of where people will get/return the bike and if a lock is provided. I agree, we should add this information.

* We can mention that there will be a forum during the conference for people with a cern account.

Let’s see whether we will use it. Up to now only one convener expressed interest.

* The wiki travel sites http://wikitravel.org/en/Netherlands and http://wikitravel.org/en/Utrecht also give a lot of interesting tourist information.
