As you could probably already conclude from the mail we just received, we have reached the max of 220 registrations. People can no longer register unless we make an exception (we can only do this by reopening the conference for a short while or by adding someone using their indico account).

I think that there are still some people registered who either registered to get a Schengen visa, or they have already resigned from coming to the conference (e.g. some students from the school that didn't get a talk). Maybe we can remove them from the list ?

could you please check whether the students who resigned from the school are (still) registered in Indico.
Of course, we should have the available space for the speakers.

Hi Lennart,
there is a colleague from Bergen (Dieter Röhrich), who will come to Utrecht the week before SQM for a meeting, and he made a late decisions to also come to SQM. Of course he now failed when trying to register. If we have some room to reopen registration I would strongly suggest to accept his application.
