Hello, I am Javier MARTIN BLANCO I’ve made the registration for SQM on Wednesday 24th May. I gave the payment link to the secretary of my lab, and they made the payment. The’ve forwarded me the tickets of the conference dinner and fee. However, in the SQM indico page it appears as my registration is still awaiting for payment, and the secretary did not received any bill for the payment. Dear Sir/madam, In order to start the visa process, I will be needing the invitation letter, funding support of stay from conference and accommodation details. I will be presenting talk on "Probing the hadronic phase with resonances of different lifetimes in ALICE at the LHC" on behalf of ALICE collaboration. Dear Alessandro, I was selected for graduate school and my abstract (ID #46) was merged with another (#37, author Vipul Bairathi) for oral presentation. Our collaboration (Vipul and myself both belong to STAR collaboration, RHIC, USA) decides that, the other fellow should give the merged talk (and I may present a poster). For some obvious reason, I do not prefer to present a poster. So hereby I may request you to remove my name from participant of SQM conference and hence graduate school. I am thankful to you for giving me a scope to be a part of graduate school and present my work in the high profile conference. Also deeply regret about wasting your valuable time & resource. [Sqm2017] Clarification regarding my "talk"

Dear Organizers of the SQM 2017 Conference, I just saw that I appear on your timetable list with the talk: "Strangeness at high \mu_B: HADES and FOPI" (Monday 14-14:30) While it is a relevant topic of my studies, and I appreciate that such a topic appears, I have to say that I never registered at your conference, nor any information was send (or told) to me about my hypothetical presentation. Indeed on those days I have other plans booked for a long time already, and - while I fully support the Conference and topic - I cannot arrive to Utrecht. Dear organizer, My name is Wangmei Zha from University of Science and Technology, China. In order to get visa stamp, would you please send me an inviatation letter? Another thing, I have booked room in hotel FiGi via website: http://bookingbydesign.com/index.php?r=site/hotelInfo&c_id=107&id=116 for the Strangeness in Quark Matter 2017 meeting. The link is provided by the official SQM2017 website. I have booked a single roome from July 9 to July 16 (maybe 15, I can not remember clearly). I have payed EURO 594.09 via credit card with the last four number 8822. But I have not receive any confirm letter yet. I contact the FiGi hotel, they said that they did not receive my booking.
