Dear SQM organizers, My name is Grigory Nigmatkulov and I submitted the talk #140 with the title: "The $m_T$ dependence of two-kaon femtoscopic measurements in p+p collisions at STAR" and the abstract is: TBA (to be announced). I did not submit the full abstract since it was at the final stage of the collaboration approval. Now it is finally approved but due to the fact that the deadline is passed I cannot change via web site. Is it possible to replace TBA with the normal abstract: --------------------------------------------------- The medium created in high-energy collisions develops on femtometric length scales during the space-time evolution of the system. One of the methods that allows to extract spatial and temporal information is to study two-particle correlations with low relative momentum. In this talk, I will present the measurements of identical pion and kaon correlations in $p+p$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}=$200 and 510 GeV at STAR. The emitting source radius and correlation strength are extracted. The transverse mass, $m_T$, dependence of the femtoscopic parameters has been investigated. Dear Madame and Sirs, my name is Matthias Hanauske and I am working at the Goethe University in Frankfurt in the group of Prof. Rezzolla and Prof. Stöcker. I would like to give a talk at the "SQM 2017"-conference, but unfortunately I missed the abstract submission deadline by one day. I wanted to ask, if it would be possible to still consider my contribution. My field of research is "Strangeness in astrophysics" and the new results I would like to present are relevant for the (hopefully soon coming) gravitational wave detection of gravitational waves from binary neutron star mergers. The abstract of my talk would be: Title: Gravitational waves from binary compact star mergers in the context of strange matter One hundred years after Albert Einstein developed the field equations of general relativity and predicted the existence of gravitational waves (GWs), these curious spacetime-ripples have been observed from a pair of merging black holes by the LIGO detectors. As GWs emitted from merging neutron star binaries are on the verge of their first detection, it is important to understand the main characteristics of the underlying merging system in order to predict the expected GW signal. Based on a large number of numerical-relativity simulations of merging neutron star binaries, the emitted GW and the interior structure of the generated hypermassive neutron stars (HMNS) have been analyzed in detail. This talk will focus on the internal and rotational HMNS properties and their connection with the emitted GW signal. Especially, the appearance of the hadon-quark phase transition and the formation of strange matter in the interior region of the HMNS and its conjunction with the spectral properties of the emitted GW will be addressed. arXiv:1611.07152 I hope that it will be possible to consider my contribution as a regular talk in the "SQM 2017". Dear SQM2017 committee, I applied for student support for SQM2017 two weeks ago and mentioned presenting my work, and although I’m fairly certain I submitted an abstract along with it, I cannot find a place on the event indico to view my contributions. I realize that the deadline for the event has passed in GMT +2h00, but in case I did not submit an abstract, would it be possible to consider the following for an oral presentation? ___ Title: AdS/CFT predictions for partonic and fragmented momentum, azimuthal, and rapidity correlations of heavy flavours in heavy ion collisions Abstract: We compute the suppression, angular, and rapidity distribution of single open heavy flavour and the momentum, angular, and rapidity correlations for pairs of open heavy flavour at RHIC and LHC from an AdS/CFT-based energy loss model. We quantitatively compare these strongly-coupled QGP predictions to the weakly-coupled QGP predictions of Nahrgang et al., PRC90 (2014) [arXiv:1305.3823]. In the strong-coupling energy loss model, we include both the mean energy loss and thermal fluctuations; in the weak-coupling energy loss model, one set of predictions corresponds to the inclusion of purely collisional processes while the other additionally incorporates radiative corrections. When restricted to leading order production processes, we find that the strongly coupled correlations of high transverse momentum pairs (>4 GeV) are broadened less efficiently than the corresponding weak coupling based correlations, while low transverse momentum pairs (1−4 GeV) are broadened with similar efficiency, but with an order of magnitude more particles ending up in this momentum class. The strong coupling momentum correlations we compute account for initial correlations and reveal that the particle pairs suppressed from initially high momenta to the low momentum domain do not suffice to explain the stark difference to the weak coupling results in momentum correlations for 1−4 GeV. From this, we conclude that heavy quark pairs are more likely to stay correlated in momentum when propagating through a strongly coupled plasma than a weakly coupled one. When initialised at next-to-leading order (aMC@NLO with Herwig++), we observe significant additional broadening of azimuthal correlations, with the angular correlations of low momentum pairs (1−4 GeV) essentially washed. However, the momentum correlations remain even when NLO production mechanisms are included. Thus, our conclusion for differences in momentum correlations with leading order production processes should carry over to next-to-leading order production processes once comparable predictions for a weakly-coupled QGP emerge. Dear SQM, I am trying to submit an abstract for SQM17. When I click on the 'submit new abstract' option on the SQM web page, it takes me to CERN account log in. My CERN account is blocked, for reasons unclear to me now. I couldnt find other ways that I can log in or create an account. Could you please help me with this?
