I have to admit that I do not know it and I am as concerned as you.
I do not have the template for the letters (I guess Astrid or Sylvia have it) and, therefore, I cannot make them. Moreover, I am excluded from the mails since I guess the partecipants that need letters send mails only to the conference secretary
and manager (therefore I do not even know how many of them are out there).
I am not fully sure but Astrid is in holiday till the 3rd of May and till then I am afraid we are blocked till then.
From my side I can assure my signature on any letter comes to me or my office.
PS: keep in mind that from 1-3 and 6-10 of May I will be out
PSPS: I had a look to the solution proposed by Paul for the letter of Captain Rituraj Singh. I will proceed as he suggested and I will send him today, however, for how the template is made, whithout your signature the letter will be rejected by
the embassy (due to the addition of my name by hand …. that every illegal immigrant can do to fake an invitation letter). New templates need to have in that I sign on your behalf otherwise we risk to produce in 1 month or so a long series of denial
