today I have submitted my paper A.Botvina and M.Bleicher "Processes of hypernuclei formation in relativistic ion collisions" for the Proceedings (as pdf file via indico web page). Howevere, I did not find a place where should I put the license. Therefore, I have attached the filled license agreement as pdf file to this e-mail.

The page limit is
- 8 pages for 25-30 minutes plenary talks;
- 6 pages for 15-20 minutes plenary talks;
- 4 pages for parallel talks.
