in fact i don't pay the registration fee since i wait to exampt me from this because it is hard for me to cover travel fee and accomodotaion fee and registration fee all these things at the same time ,i don't have enough  depenses for all these fees,so please i ask you at least to give me help to exampt from registratio fee
