Dear SQM organizers,

It appears that I can not upload my slides to the Indico web page:

I suspect that it happens because my name in the list of contributors is
in fact detached from my CERN Indico profile.
If it is not possible to fix this issue today, I would ask you for your
kind assistance with the uploading of my contribution to the SQM web
