thanks for your email. For the invitation letter please send the following information to our secretary Astrid Portier (in cc):

- your full postal mail address

- your full name

- your place and date of birth

We will than send you the invitation letter as a pdf and also a original copy.

To pay by bank transfer, we have to send an invoice. For an invoice please send the following information to our financial administrator Marcel de Boer (in CC):

- Full name (first / last name of participant)

- full adress (of the person or institute who pays)

- purchase ordner number (provided by the institute, if the institute pays)

- amount and reference of it (fee, diner, …)

- VAT number (provided by the institute, if the institute pays)

The invoice will be send as a pdf and needs to be paid before the deadline.

I have been invited to present a talk on SQM-17. I am a permanent resident of USA, but carry an Indian passport. Therefore, I require visa to travel to the Netherlands.

It would be very helpful if you kindly send me (an electronic one will do) an invitation letter so that I can start the visa process.

I have registered for the meeting and tried to pay the registration fee using my business credit card twice. But both the times payments have bee refused. Please see the attached. I was wondering whether there is an alternative way to pay the registration fee, such as direct bank transfer? If possible, kindly let me know the details.
