[Sqm2017] Letter of Invitation for Visa Application

Hello, I am a registered participant for SQM 2017 and am also selected to attend the graduate school with student support that consists of accommodation. Could you send me an invitation letter to apply for Schengen visa? Could you also indicate that the accomodation will be provided by the organizers in the letter?
