Could you send me the e-print of invitation letter at your earliest convenience?
I need it not only for visa application but also for our local approval.
Usually the local approval process which is before visa application will take more than one month.
It will be good that I can get the e-print invitation letter within this week.
My abstract (#20) has been accepted as oral presentation.
