Dear Marlene Nahrgang,

The deadline for reserving a bike for the 17th International Conference on Strangeness in Quark Matter (SQM2017) is approaching fast. If you didn't reserve a bike yet, you have until this Thursday, the 29th of June, to reserve one. Please note bikes will be offered for EUR 8,00 per calendar day.

Bicycle pick-up is possible during the following hours:
·       Sunday July 9, 2017 (16:00 – 18:00 hrs)
·       Monday July 10, 2017 (08:00 – 11:00 hrs)
Upon pick-up you will be asked to complete and sign the agreement that you can find here. Payment can be done by credit card onsite.

Bicycle return is possible during the following hours:
·       Thursday July 13, 2017 (15:30 – 16:00 hrs)
·       Friday July 14, 2017 (10:30 – 11:00 hrs)
·       Saturday July 15, 2017 (8:30 – 11:00 hrs)

If you are interested in renting a bicycle at EUR 8,00 per calender day, please send an email to sqm2017@nikhef.nl before June 29, 2017, indicating:
·       Pick-up date
·       Return date
·       Name of participant

Please note it is not possible to cancel your reservation nor to reserve a bike after that date. Without your notice there won’t be a bike available. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
