I am eagerly waiting to attend the conference. I will be happy to volunteer during the conference.   

There are few queries, I would like to ask you:

1. I had paid the reduced registration fee ( 190 euro as I have received the student support) by the provided link (http://onlinesales.uu.nl/sqm_speciaal_tarief). But my indico page is showing the following massage: 

I am worried about it, please let me know what should I do in that case.

 For verification of the payment, hereby I have attached the payment receipt.

2. Is conference banquet ticket included in the reduced conference fee (190 euro). If I have to pay for the conference  banquet ticket, can I make the payment at the registration desk ?

3. As under the student support accommodation is arranged in the hotel "Hotel Theater FIGI (Zeist) ". I will keep my accommodation in the same hotel for during the conference. Here my query is, May I know the name of the person with whom I will be sharing the room ?
