Hello --

I have been invited to present a talk on SQM-17. I am a permanent resident of USA, but carry an Indian passport. Therefore, I require visa to travel to the Netherlands.

It would be very helpful if you kindly send me (an electronic one will do) an invitation letter so that I can start the visa process.

I have registered for the meeting and tried to pay the registration fee using my business credit card twice. But both the times payments have bee refused. Please see the attached. I was wondering whether there is an alternative way to pay the registration fee, such as direct bank transfer? If possible, kindly let me know the details.
