Dear committee,
I registered on March 14, and the registration information shows that I need to pay €380.00. When I click the link to check out it shows I need to pay €430.00 now. Actually, I have not received my visa that is the reason why I have not checked out till now. I am afraid I can not come to the conference if the visa is delayed. Could I get my refund if I pay now but the visa fails to come out before the conference date?
