[Sqm2017] License Agreement

Here I attach the license agreement for the proceeding “ Charmonium production in pPb and PbPb collisions at 5.02 TeV with CMS”, by Javier MARTIN BLANCO. I already submitted my proceeding and I do not se the way to upload a new document on the indico page. I am not sure if this is the correct address to send it, so please let me know if I should send the document to someone else.
