Dear Pengfei Zhuang,

Thank you for your registration for SQM2017, which will be held in Utrecht, July 9 - 15, 2017. With this email we would like to give you the last opportunity to register for the social program during the conference.* The tickets for the social program are limited, be sure to save your spot as soon as possible! Please find all information about the social program via the website https://indico.cern.ch/event/576735/page/9033-social-programme and below.

Conference Dinner Thursday, July 13 Time: 19.00 - 23.00 hrs. Location: Railway museum (Het Spoorwegmuseum) Price: €30 per person (included for graduate school participants) For the main course you can chose between:

1. Baked fillet of cod + fennel + salad + potatoes 2. Baked fillet of guinea fowl + risotto + asparagus 3. Portobello + ratatouille + goat cheese

Excursions

On Wednesday afternoon 3 excursions will be organized:

1. Cultural excursion to the Kroller Moller Museum 2. Historical excursion by boat and foot in Utrecht City Center 3. Water tour by canoe through the green surroundings of Utrecht

Attending one of the excursions is included in your registration fee.

Without your reply or notice before June 28, we will consider the information as provided in your registration to be correct. Please note that it is not possible to sign up for dinner and excursions onsite at the conference.
