To whom it may concern,

I am writing to request an extension on the submission deadline for the SQM proceedings. I realise it was stated that submissions after the deadline may not be included in the proceedings, but I have recently changed institute and the submission and approval may take slightly longer than originally anticipated. Any help would be much appreciated.
