Dear Organizers of the SQM 2017 Conference,

I just saw that I appear on your timetable list with the talk: "Strangeness at high \mu_B: HADES and FOPI" (Monday 14-14:30)

While it is a relevant topic of my studies, and I appreciate that such a topic appears, I have to say that I never registered at your conference, nor any information was send (or told) to me about my hypothetical presentation.

Indeed on those days I have other plans booked for a long time already, and - while I fully support the Conference and topic - I cannot arrive to Utrecht. May I please kindly ask you to correct for this entry.
