Dear organizers, for personal reasons I was not able to start the writing of the proceedings before today. I need a few days to prepare it, and then I need to submit it for the usual procedure review of the collaboration, which could take ~1 week. This means that for sure I will not be able to submit it to the conference by the 15 October. So before starting the writing I just want to ask you Is the 15 October really a "sharp" deadline ? Or do you think there is the possibility to submit the proceedings also later, i.e. max ~1 week after ? Thank you very much for any further information, Regards
