Dear Dr. Wiggers,

Thank you for your message and the information.

Attached to this message please find a set of slides that you can use to introduce PoS to conference participants, moreover I am attaching another copy of the txt file that we need you to fill out with the remaining information to set up the page on the PoS website, and a copy of the administrative information file we need to issue the invoice.

Please let me also know how you would like to sessions to be displayed on the page (in the order Plenary, Oral, Poster?). Do the subsection titles have to appear? Do the authors need to appear in alphabetical order? If there is no contribution in a subsection can it be omitted?

Thanks again and kind regards,

Gabriella

LS,
Already new information from my colleagues just a minute ago: new oral and poster databases. Sorry for the confusion. Changes compared with the previous versions indicated in colour.
Best regards

LS,
Herewith the database information for the papers for: plenary sessions, oral sessions and poster sessions. On our website tipp2014.nl we quote: "The page length limits are 10 pages (plenary talks and overview talks at parallel sessions), 8 pages (standard parallel talks) and 4 pages (posters)."
