1) Conference names (full name and short name), date and location. 2) Name, surname, affiliation and e-mail address for the members of the scientific editorial board. 3) Name of chairman - this is the member of the scientific board who will be in charge of running the publication of the online proceedings and who will liaise with the PoS Editorial Office. 4) Conference abstract/preface. 5) Conference logo (.gif or .png file). 6) List of authors who will deliver their presentations - not just the invited speakers - (name, surname, affiliation, e-mail address), title of contribution, order of presentation (please provide an indication of the speaker's name in the case of multiple authors). A sample .xls file showing how the data must be collected is attached (PoS_contributions_list.xls) 7) Deadline for the submission of contributions. 8) Maximum length set for contributions if any (PoS does not impose any limit). 9) Indication whether all contributions should be made available to readers on the PoS website at the same time, or whether they should be available piecemeal (each time the chairman accepts the contribution for publication).
