Well, I tried to gather emails of institutes and I did not manage. You have to click too many links on greybook/inspire, and I did not have patience. However :
1) sending email to institute is not as efficient as mailing poster, and we have mail addresses from CERN school
2) I did send addresses of CERN experiments/speaker commites in that other email. These experiments will take care of notifying CERN communities.
3) if you have some files with email addresses in it, I have python script which extracts emails and merge together into one list with no overlaps.
So I would still use the old TIPP 2011 email list for bulletin [I think I merged it with TIPP 2009 as well] and send posters to institutes.

Hi Olya, Martin & Joan,
Now I realize that this TIPP2011 email list contains only the TIPP 2011 attendees. For Nikhef for example Mark Beker & Harry v/d Graaf. Mark is not at Nikhef anymore and I assume many emails on the list are obsolete.
I assume we need the email list of all HEP & PPA institutes, universities, labs etc. How do we get this? Spires and CERN Greybook don't provide a list with emails.
Any ideas?
