Dear members of the TIPP 2014 IAC,

The program of TIPP 2014 will be developing on the following indico page: http://indico.cern.ch/conferenceDisplay.py?ovw=True&confId=192695

The five parallel tracks are now defined (see the indico page). To each parallel track we have assigned a number of parallel sessions, see https://indico.cern.ch/conferenceProgram.py?confId=192695 Furthermore, we anticipate about 20 plenary talks.

We would like to have a first draft of the plenary programme by November 1st, and to have identified the conveners of the parallel sessions, ideally a mix of senior and junior physicists.

Please do keep sending us your suggestions for names of conveners, and names and topics for the plenary talks, before October 25th.

We assume there are between 10% and 20% female researchers. Please respect this ratio when you provide names for plenary talks and convenorships.
