Summary:
As leading publisher we developed an e-only platform (Procedia) especially for conference proceedings where high-quality conference papers can be published in a dedicated online issue on www.ScienceDirect.com and be made freely accessible (open access) in perpetuity to a worldwide audience - Sciencedirect.com is accessed by over 17 Million unique scientists and professionals on a monthly basis, last year more than 700Million articles were accessed, of which 3 million article downloads in our Procedia journals (and rapidly growing), this will ensure maximum visibility and reach of your conference's proceedings.
You can ask your delegates to insert their submitted conference paper into a simple template that we will supply, conduct your conference peer review process and once you have all the papers accepted, you can send them to us and we can have your conference proceedings on ScienceDirect in 8 weeks (dependent on number of papers). Organizers will be credited on the actual issue and will have full control over the content, quality and the review process of individual papers. To see examples of past issues of Procedias, please visit www.elsevier.com/locate/procedia
The advantages of Elsevier Procedia are: • High visibility: Online publication on ScienceDirect.com, Elsevier’s premier online platform, with free access (open access) for millions of researchers worldwide. • Fast dissemination: Publication within eight weeks of receipt of complete files from conference organizers; • No size limit: No limit to the amount of papers of a given issue; • Affordable price: Size-based pricing, which including online publication and free online access worldwide; We can also deliver Print copies, CDs, USB-keys or print copies of your Procedia to a single address (or send to the delegates) before the conference begins, to insert into your delegates bags (dependent on the conference peer review timelines) at an additional cost. • Formatting support: LaTeX and Word templates will be provided to help the author prepare their articles.
Cost of a publication in Procedia: (all fees exclude any applicable taxes in your country) The cost to conference organizers for publishing in Procedia are on a price per article basis, but start at EURO 6,000 for the first 100 papers, and EURO 55 per additional paper.
