Hi all,
On TIPP page I could see 70 contributions with text and a speaker https://indico.cern.ch/event/192695/contributions
[this is besides "my tracker"]. Wouter can see it as well, and he is not part of the committee. I am quite sure this is not supposed to be public yet - could someone protect it?
Olya
Also, via author list, I could see all abstracts submitted, is that supposed to be open?

I would say no, this should not be open. Investigating...

Hi Olya,
These are the 70 abstracts which got accepted in the first round, so it is not so bad that they are public (they are already accepted). I don't know whether this list can be made invisible, I'll have a look.
Cheers, Martin

Hi Martin,
I think all abstracts still should not be open while many of them are still being discussed, all accepted abstracts should become public simultaneously, I would think. However, what is worse is that the names of "speakers" are also publicly available, while many big collaborations will still change them...
Wouter also could see all abstracts via author list... Cheers, Olya
